Duration:  Independent contractor - minimum period of 1 year. (With the option to become permanently employed)

Pre-requisite Characteristics for candidates applying to all the above mentioned position:

  • Matric and some form of tertiary qualification
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills – friendly, professional, confident and energetic
  • Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders, clients, service providers, staff, board members and external partners
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
  • Need to have a passion for people
  • Need to have strong marketing skills
  • Trustworthy, honest, self-motivated
  • Need to have his/her own driving license and car
  • Must have access to their own computer / laptop and internet
  • Demonstrate ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of stream lining processes and making suggestions on improvements that facilitate efficiency
  • Must be timeous, diligent, hardworking
  • Excellent typing speed with precision
  • Need to be willing to learn, handle stress, and being able to function in a demanding work environment, and be willing to assist with all company projects
  • Need to be good at research and need to have a clear voice and good presentation skills
  • Must be able to use all Microsoft software, Google apps, especially whatsapp, dropbox, and google drive, and need to adhere to all messages immediately.

Remuneration structure:

  • Commission based
